Re: the 28th AGM of the College of Health Care Chaplains
We are writing to remind members of the College that our 28th AGM and the first one to stand-alone from the annual conference will be held on the 14th of January at the DISKUS Centre, UNITE HQ, 128 Theobald’s Road, Holborn , LONDON, WC1X 8TN at 1.00pm for refreshments to begin at 1.30pm and finishing no later than 3.30pm.
Members wishing to submit items for the business on the agenda please would you reply to me in with your item in writing no later than the 16th December inclusive. Papers with the full agenda, minutes of the last meetings and associated papers will be issued shortly after.
The AGM will consist of a presentation on the issue of ‘On-Call’ with a discussion/debate following. After this we will move onto the business part of the meeting. The meeting will finish promptly to allow for people to travel out of central London.
Would members please bring their current UNITE membership card with them for verification purposes.
