As a College we are sorry to hear of the recent death of The Reverend Canon Peter Heartfield 1927-2016, who was the first Registrar of CHCC. Peter also served as Chaplain and Prior of Canterbury, St John’s Hospital and Harbledown, St Nicholas Hospital. He died on 8th August 2016. His funeral was today (Tuesday 30th August) in Canterbury Cathedral. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
